JDS Technologies, Inc., with customer designs, can develop and manufacture a comprehensive range of custom rubber and plastic molded products, including rubber and plastic bonded to stamped and machined metal. We are specifically focused on maximizing Speed to market, ensuring on-time delivery, rigorous Quality industry standards, and being a Value-added supplier for our customers.

Our Story in Motion

History

In April 2004 JDS Technologies, Inc. was established as a Tennessee corporation and initiated molding and assembly operations.

JDS Technologies, Inc. acquired Paragon Custom Mixing in Carencro, Louisiana in March 2006. With the acquisition JDS gained compound mixing capabilities and a standard line of oilfield rubber products. Manufacturing operations were ceased and absorbed into the TN location and a new distribution facility was opened.

Today, JDS Technologies, Inc. is located in Oneida, Tennessee, in a 105,000-square-foot facility. The Oneida location has been expanded 4 times since 2010 to accommodate the rapid growth in business activity and for future expansion needs.

JDS also operates a 12,000 square foot sales/distribution center in Scott, Louisiana that services the general oilfield industry with quality rubber products.

    JDS Technologies, Inc. is an ISO-9001:2008 certified company with an in-house machine and tool shop that provides expedited machining and tooling capabilities.

    Our capabilities include rubber compression, injection and extrusion, transfer molding, plastic injection, stamping, cryogenic de-flashing and CNC Lathes and mills. We know where your product is in the production process at all times.

    • 42 Rubber Compression Presses with Vacuum ranging from 30 ton to 700 ton.
    • 22 Rubber Injection Presses ranging from 160 ton to 600 ton.
    • 9 Plastic Injection Presses ranging from 30 ton to 450 ton.
    • 5 Rubber Pre-Former’s ranging from 2 inch to 6 inch.
    • 6 Stamping Machines ranging from 75 ton to 350 ton.
    • 6 CNC lathes ranging from 1/4 inch to 4 1/2 inch.

    • 2 Cryogenic Deflashing Machines.

    JDS Technologies, Inc. also has extensive knowledge and capability in rubber molding with fabric reinforcement. In-house stamping machines are used for pre-processes such as cutting raw fabric and fabric-reinforced calendared material, as well as post-processes such as trimming molded parts. Preform molds often form the raw fabric before rubber molding for large diaphragms and similar parts.
